LOGHUT

Working In Harmony With Nature

LogHut was established especially for the ever expanding firewood market. With more and more people deciding to install wood burning stoves in their homes than ever before; there became a need to store the firewood in a way that gave enough exposure to allow the wood to season but also not to permit the fuel to get damp. The popularity of wood stoves in recent years comes as no surprise as there is nothing more welcoming than a nice warm fire; particlarly on a cold winter’s evening.

LogHut use the highest quality timber in the construction of our log stores. The stores come heavy duty as standard so they are built to last but also designed to be compact so the stores won’t take-up much space. These robust structures look well even in an urban setting, A well stocked log store acts like a sculpture in the garden by creating a country look especially during the summertime when the stove is not in use but the garden is.

We also manufacture a deluxe range of logstores which come in 1.8m x 1.8m square

Deluxe model D is a logstore completely enclosed with a 0.9m entrance while the Deluxe model E is a garden store shed with a logstore lean-to. The Deluxe Model E garden store is manufactured with high quality shiplap timber which is planned for a smooth finish. This garden store is 1.2m wide by 1.8m long and can be fitted with shelves if required. The logstore lean-to is 1.8m long x 0.6m wide and is attached to the side of the garden store making the structure 1.8m x 1.8m square.

Deluxe Model E store also comes insulated with a damp proof membrane and has a side window. The timber used in both deluxe models is treated against decay and are slightly raised above the ground to insure the stores last for decades to come.

Wheelie Bin Hides

Nothing spoils a barbecue on a nice summers day like the sight of a wheelie bin, that is apart from a thunder storm. There just something about the view of an exposed wheelie bin that can put you right off that Burger.

LogHut manufacture wheelie bin hides which are made with the same quaility timber as our log stores and are designed for ease of access. These attractive bin hides are very popular throughout the U.K and Europe and are available in three sizes which can conceal one, two and three bins respectively. We make our bin hides with imported timber which is fully planed for a smooth finish and can easily be painted to the colour scheme of the home or garden so it can blend nicely with the landscape.

Alternatively; the bin hides can be left to gray naturaly and because the timber used is already treated the bin hides will last for decades to come.
